Virtual mediation
Secure video mediation is available throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. It works well when the parties live in different cities, when travel is difficult, or when separate rooms are important for comfort and safety. Ask about a virtual session when you call or text.
What to have ready when you call
- The names of all parties, including any attorneys, so we can check for conflicts
- Whether a case has been filed, and in which county and state
- Any court deadline for completing mediation
- The issues you need to resolve, and whether children are involved
- Your preferred dates and whether you want in-person or virtual
